I’ve often heard that it can’t buy happiness, but I think a little differently in some circumstances. Money can buy happiness in the form of stuff. I
am obsessed with really like Tigger stuff. I can buy my collectibles in Disney stores or in random places and stores. It makes me very happy.
Therefore, money + stuff = happiness
I know that’s probably simplistic and extreme in tandem but there’s always an exception to the rule, right?
What’s the best purchase you ever made?
I think that at this phase in my life, I place different values on the things that I buy. I am really excited about these super sweet boots that I bought:
I can be super excited about my king bed set that, at 5’4″, I can sleep all over at once. Sinus pills make the list, as do Snickers bars. Depending on the day’s events, Starbucks coffee and vanilla bean scones would be the best purchase I’ve ever made.
I’m going to have to get one of these for myself…because you can never have too many coffee mugs.
If I look at it from the perspective of my best purchase being an investment in myself or my business, I think that it would have to be my DSLR camera. I bought a Canon T5i and got a pretty nice bundle with it. I have always loved photography and excelled in the art when I was in high school; I learned how to work in a dark room and it was amazing! My camera is awesome for taking pictures for the business end of the blog, as well as for my pleasure. My hubby uses it to record video for his blog. I’m supposed to be sharing it with him, but you know…I neeeed it more. It does indeed bring me a lot of happiness and much joy.
It’s definitely high on the top of the list of the best purchases I’ve ever made and it’s an investment I’ve never regretted 🙂
